Overview of product

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus material. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant compound.  At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core. For certain types of fiber optic cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is added to the metal reinforcement core.  The loose tubing (and filling rope) is stranded around the central strengthening core into a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking filler.  The cable is longitudinally wrapped with PSP on both sides and extruded with polyethylene sheath.

In accordance with the construction method it can be divided into: aerial type, pipe type, groove type, directly buried, underwater laying type,etc, different construction methods have different sheath types.

The structure, shape, performance and other requirements of optical cable can be customized according to customer requirements.
